Guangzhou Meichuang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is an industry-trade integrated company based in Guangzhou, China, specializing in automatic transmission aftermarket parts. All products are sold for commercial/B2B purposes.
2. Product Information
- Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary in appearance.
- OE numbers and cross-references are provided for identification purposes. Buyers are responsible for verifying fitment before ordering.
- All products are aftermarket replacement parts unless explicitly stated as OEM.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed via proforma invoice (PI).
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are confirmed via proforma invoice (PI) signed by both parties.
- Accepted payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
- Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (negotiable for established clients).
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): from 10 pieces per SKU. Sample orders may be available at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, or by arbitration in Guangzhou if necessary.
Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
- In-stock orders: Ship within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation.
- Back-ordered items: Lead time confirmed at time of order (typically 7–20 working days).
- Shipping methods: DHL, FedEx, UPS (express, 3–7 days); air freight (5–10 days); sea freight (20–40 days); land freight to Central Asia & Russia.
- Shipping cost: Calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Quoted separately on each PI.
- Customs & duties: Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.
- Tracking: Tracking number provided once goods are dispatched.
2. Packaging
- Standard export packaging: neutral cartons with foam protection.
- Private label / custom packaging available for bulk orders (MOQ applies).
- Each unit labeled with part number and specifications.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Wrong part shipped: Contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or refund, including return shipping cost.
- Defective product: Report within 30 days of receipt with photos/video evidence. We will replace or refund after inspection.
- Buyer's remorse / wrong fitment: Returns accepted within 14 days if product is unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Custom / special order items: Non-returnable.
4. Warranty
- Remanufactured parts: 12-month warranty from date of installation (or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first).
- New aftermarket parts: 6-month warranty.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase and diagnostic report.
5. Claims Process
- Email info@meichuangautoparts.com with order number, photos, and description.
- Our team responds within 24 hours.
- Upon approval, we arrange replacement, credit, or refund.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, port congestion, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and propose alternatives.
