5. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available for most products. Sample costs are refundable on first bulk order over $1,000.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Bulk orders typically require 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
7. Do you offer private label / OEM services?
Yes, we offer private label packaging, custom branding, and OEM manufacturing for qualified clients. Minimum quantities apply for custom packaging.

10. What is your return policy?
Defective products can be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
